Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the booth type and venue. We always arrive well before your event start time so the booth is ready the moment your guests arrive. We'll coordinate with your venue directly to ensure a smooth setup.

We carry backup equipment to every event and our attendants are trained to resolve any technical issues quickly.
